Handshake is the #1 way college students find jobs! As a Gateway student or alumni, here are a few reasons to use Handshake:

Internships

Internships are a great way to gain practical work experience in your field of study. Gateway internships are directly coordinated through the appropriate academic department or may be posted on Handshake and/or WisConnect.

Federal Work Study

Federal Work Study is a form of financial aid that provides students with financial need with part-time jobs in fields similar to the student’s degree.
